A handful of my favourite custom logos from an ongoing project. It’s under wraps, hush hush, but a lot of fun and in consumer products and eCommerce.
It’s great to have the chance to develop some tailored icons, doing so isn’t always in the budget. The selection I’ve developed isn’t pushing any huge bounderies, but I do get the opportunity to paint the brand across the icons, matching curves, stroke weights and including a couple of brand elements themselves.
Taken alone you don’t perhaps spot these small touches, but when the icons are applied to the website they support the overall brand look and feel. This brand has a little cheekiness too it as well, so it’s great to reflect that across small things too.
We didn’t specifically identify that we’d need a suite of icons on this, but thanks to a great client and a fair budget, we could spend that little extra time and fit it into the overall brief.
It’s great for the client as they’ve now got some extra assets to use and it’s great for me as I both get to put some icons together, always fun, but also I get to deliver a better end product to the customer.
Which makes the customer happy.
